Re-Visiting Sustainability Goals: In a Post-Grant World
This webinar is provided by Internet Scout Research Group and was presented by Rachael Bower, ATE Central PI, and Nancy Maron of BlueSky to BluePrint, with guest speaker Dr. Ann Beheler from the National Convergence Technology Center. The following issue is discussed: a grant is coming to an end, but the work needs to continue. This webinar session introduces an evaluative tool for prioritizing the strands of work and activity that a project or center has developed over time and determining what each will require to have the greatest impact. Topics include prioritizing, preservation versus growth strategies, and budgeting for the post-grant phase. The goals of the webinar include: introduce a broad definition of sustainability, consider how this definition can be applied to your work, share the prioritization method as a way to determine where to strategically invest, and offer the perspective of an experienced practitioner.
The webinar recording runs 01:17:03 minutes in length. Webinar slides are also included.
