This four-page document demonstrates how the College of Lake County (CLC) Mechatronics Technology Program aligns with the Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program, Level 1 Mechatronics Systems Assistant and Level 2 Mechatronics Systems Associate. This document, prepared by the Florida Advanced Technological Education Center (FLATE), includes a short introduction and a table that indicates overlap between specific Automation, Robotics, and Mechatronics (ARM) courses at CLC and Siemens Mechatronics Systems Level 1 and Level 2 courses.

Siemens Mechatronics Systems Level 1 courses are: Electrical Components, Mechanical Components & Electrical Drives, (Electro) Pneumatic & Hydraulic Control Circuits, and Digital Fundamentals & PLCs. Siemens Mechatronics Systems Level 2 Courses are: Process Control Technologies, Introduction to Totally Integrated Automation, Automation Systems, Motor Control, Mechatronics and Machine Elements, and Manufacturing Processes. As noted in the introduction to this table, the CLC mechatronics program contains six courses that cover additional topics that "are not explicitly covered in the Siemens curriculum."
