Collection Description

This collection, provided by the College of Lake County, contains materials related to the course Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics (ARM) 226: Advanced Motor Control. This course is a second year course for the ARM AAS degree and covers topics including general machine operation, motor efficiency and power, different motor control techniques, and the role of sensors in relation to motor operation. This collection includes a 4-page course syllabus, which provides a course description, a list of learning objectives, and a topical outline. In addition, the collection includes four lab activities and guidelines for Yaskawa labs. Finally, the collection includes a power point presentation on Yaskawa Drives and a 3-page Yaskawa Trainer Schematic. 

For orientation purposes, the course syllabus is included as a separate attachment.
