This webinar, provided by the Centers Collaborative for Technical Assistance, discusses best practices for leading a successful consortium. Consortia consist of multiple colleges and are awarded more funds because they are likely to have a larger impact than any single institution. The three presenters, Ann Beheler, Marianne Krismer, and John Sands, discuss consortia they have been involved with. These consortia include the National Convergence Technology Center, the National Information Security and Geospatial Technologies Department of Labor, and the Health Professionals Pathways Consortium (H2P). Topics covered include challenges and opportunities, memoranda of understanding, communication, meeting documentation, promoting performance, sustainability, data collection and reporting, evaluation and monitoring, metrics, promising practices, and more.

The webinar recording runs 1:01:25 minutes in length. Supplemental materials include presentation slides and a 16-page webinar transcript.
