This webinar, provided by the Centers Collaborative for Technical Assistance, is the second part in a two part series that discusses communities of practice (CoP). "This session will present best practices for creating, maintaining and growing a community of practice similar to the Convergence Technology Network." This webinar was presented on March 24, 2016. The presenters were Ann Beheler, Principal Investigator (PI) of the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC); Elizabeth Halweg, Co-PI at the CTC; and Helen Sullivan, Director of the National Convergence Technology Center. Topics addressed include: what is a CoP, similar groups, and evolution of a CoP at the CTC. In addition, Elizabeth Halweg discusses secrets of the successful implementation of a CoP.
