This webinar, provided by the Centers Collaborative for Technical Assistance, is the first in a series of two webinars about effective web telecommunications. This webinar took place on September 24, 2015, and the presenter was Mike Lesiecki, director of the Maricopa Advanced Technological Education Center (MATEC). This webinar focuses on using web telecommunication for meetings of small teams (up to 6 people) or for larger groups (12 or more people). Topics addressed include best practices for convening a team for a meeting by web telecommunications, what to do when people have trouble connecting, and best practices for running a web telecommunication meeting. The webinar also addresses best practices for hybrid meetings and what to do when audio problems arise.
