This 56-page resource, provided by the Center for Occupational Research and Development, is the first module of the Employability Skills Resource Toolkit. This toolkit is part of the North Carolina Community College System's Code Green Super Curriculum Improvement Project (CIP). The CIP project committee discussed the importance of teaching employability skills and identified eight competencies as a priority for integration across the curriculum. Eight modules were created based on these competencies.

Module 1: Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork "provides students with an overview of the behaviors expected of team members and of the normal stages of team development." The module includes an overview of teamwork in the classroom, presentation materials, eight activities, assessment tools, and videos and weblinks. Activities cover how groups work, planning group research, team development and function, and when your team breaks down.

The full Toolkit and individual modules are available to view separately.
