Employability Skills Module 3: Integrity and Professionalism

This 45-page resource, provided by the Center for Occupational Research and Development, is the third module of the Employability Skills Resource Toolkit. This toolkit is part of the North Carolina Community College System's Code Green Super Curriculum Improvement Project (CIP). The CIP project committee discussed the importance of teaching employability skills and identified eight competencies as a priority for integration across the curriculum. Eight modules were created based on these competencies.

Module 3: Integrity and Professionalism "reviews aspects of integrity and professionalism including: developing professionalism, professional image, honesty and integrity, giving and receiving feedback (constructive criticism), and professional code of ethics." This module includes an overview, presentation materials, six activities, assessment tools, and videos and weblinks.
