This 84-page resource, provided by the Center for Occupational Research and Development, is the fourth module of the Employability Skills Resource Toolkit. This toolkit is part of the North Carolina Community College System's Code Green Super Curriculum Improvement Project (CIP). The CIP project committee discussed the importance of teaching employability skills and identified eight competencies as a priority for integration across the curriculum. Eight modules were created based on these competencies.

Module 4: Problem-Solving and Decision-Making includes activities that "ask students to think formally about how decisions are made by exploring strategies for solving problems both individually and in teams." The module includes an overview, presentation materials, five activities, assessment tools, and weblinks.

The full Toolkit and the other individual modules are available to view separately.
