Employability Skills Module 7: Adaptability and Lifelong Learning

This 52-page resource, provided by the Center for Occupational Research and Development, is the seventh module of the Employability Skills Resource Toolkit. This toolkit is part of the North Carolina Community College System's Code Green Super Curriculum Improvement Project (CIP). The CIP project committee discussed the importance of teaching employability skills and identified eight competencies as a priority for integration across the curriculum. Eight modules were created based on these competencies.

Module: Adaptability and Lifelong Learning exposes students "to activities that help them see the value of lifelong learning and the ability to adapt to new processes, management styles, equipment, and so forth." This module includes an overview, presentation materials, six activities, assessment tools, and videos and weblinks.
