This video, provided by Columbia Gorge Community College, is the first part of a two part application exercise that covers programming and testing a programmable logic controller (PLC) based reversing motor starter. During this exercise "normal operation and response to emergency stops and overloads" are examined. A software generated electrical interlock is used for the exercise. This video runs 07:46 minutes in length. The second part of the exercise is available to view separately.
