Infrastructure KSAs 2023

The National Convergence Technology Center (CTC) Business and Industry Leadership Team (BILT) has compiled this list of KSAs (knowledge, skills, and abilities) for entry-level IT infrastructure workers in 2023. These KSAs are essential for workers to acquire over a 12-36 month period. Annually, the CTC's BILT meets in May to revise the list, aiming to assist educators in aligning their curricula with industry demands. A .pdf is also available, detailing how to access a local copy of the KSA list as a Google Sheet. This allows colleges to collaborate with local BILT members, facilitating voting and amendments. Another .pdf includes a KSA invitation script template with tips, along with PowerPoint slides designed for the BILT Annual KSA Meeting. These slides incorporate guidelines for virtual participation, voting procedures, and discussion etiquette.

For orientation purposes the BILT KSA spreadsheet - Fall 2023 revision final.pdf is included as a separate attachment and offers a sample of the type of material included in this module.
