Successful Scaling: Strategies to Expand the Capacity and Impact of Your Program

This presentation, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was part of a special webinar session at the 2020 High Impact Technology Exchange Conference (HITEC ). The presentation explains best practices of scaling innovation using two different frameworks - one from Edutopia and one from Barclays UK. The presentation offers CTC case study examples to illustrate those best practices: the evolution of the Convergence College Network (CCN) community of practice and the expansion of the "BILT model" process that energizes educator/employer relationships.
