American Woodmark Corp: Additive Manufacturing Integration

This case study presents American Woodwork Corporation (AWC), an established mass-produced furnishings and cabinetry company that is looking to innovate and optimize their operations. With assistance from the Additive Manufacturing (AM) department at Somerset Community College, AWC was able to utilize desktop additive manufacturing technology to create an adapter to streamline the adhesion process while lowering operational costs.
