Successful Scaling: Strategies to Expand the Capacity and Impact of Your Program

This presentation, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was part of a special webinar at the National Career Pathways Network (NCPN) conference. The purpose of the presentation was to explain best practices of scaling innovation using two different frameworks, one from Edutopia and one from Barclays UK. The presentation offered CTC case study examples to illustrate those best practices: the evolution of the Convergence College Network (CCN) community of practice and the expansion of the BILT model process that energizes educator/employer relationships. This recorded presentation runs 32:40 minutes in length.
