Successfully Developing, Scaling, and Sustaining a Community of Practice

This presentation, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was delivered as a 30-minute webinar at the 2021 League of Innovations conference. The presentation explains best practices of scaling innovation using two different frameworks - one from Edutopia, one from Barclays UK. A detailed case study look at the development and expansion of the Convergence College Network (CCN) community of practice is included.
