2018 National Construction Estimator

This 99-page book is published by the Craftsman Book Company and provides estimated building construction costs. This manual includes two parts: the Residential Construction Division and the Industrial and Commercial Division. Residential Construction includes homes and apartments. Industrial and Commercial can be used for estimating the costs of nearly all construction not covered in the first part.  Sections are included for types of materials, abbreviations and symbols, adjusting labor costs, area modification factors, and more.
