Cyberbiosecurity

This video is part of the 2020 SciTech Lecture Series from Forsyth Technical Community College. This series of lectures and interviews is held every year and covers an array of science and technology topics. This interview features Deanne Wesley, Associate Dean of the Davis iTEC Cyber Security Center. During this interview, Deanne discusses her experiences and journey to becoming Associate Dean as a minority. She recounts her struggle with algebra, getting a tutor, and then later overcoming that struggle to go on to studying calculus and statistics. Throughout the interview, Deanne talks about her college experience with starting at a community college to finishing her PhD. This video runs 24:40 minutes in length.
