PD Evaluation Checklist (Short Version)

This 2-page resource, from Edmonds Community College, is a short version of the PD Evaluation Checklist that is available to view separately. This resource is part of the Professional Development Formative Assessment System (PD-FAS). PD-FAS was created by the Formative Assessment for Advanced Technician Education 2 (FAS4ATE2) project.

This quick checklist is intended to help users check all the boxes of professional development evaluation preparation without being too overwhelmed. After following this checklist, users should be able to:

• identify the shortlist of key areas related to assessment and evaluation for their PD program, and
• check to ensure these key areas have been covered in the PD preparation and delivery.
