Professional Development Application Template

This template, from Edmonds Community College, is a template for professional development applications. This resource is part of the Professional Development Formative Assessment System (PD-FAS). PD-FAS was created by the Formative Assessment for Advanced Technician Education 2 (FAS4ATE2) project.

After reading and using this resource, users will be able to:

• identify opportunities in the application or registration process where you can gather data for design, formative assessment, and evaluation;
• consider and choose which types of information you would like to collect; and
• design or adapt your application or registration process to capture data you may need.
