Harrell discusses the transition into ArcGIS Pro, learning tools to keep students engaged, additional applications and services produced by ESRI, the creation of a digital repository of a map library by a student, other student projects with ArcGIS Pro, and the benefits associated with ArcGIS Pro. Angie Milakovic from Bismark State College explores strategies for adapting to changes in ArcGIS Pro and in the GIS field. Milakovic describes GIS courses offered at Bismark State College, her company Kajaer Geo-Consulting, and how this company and new technologies in GIS benefit students. Christopher Cruz from West Valley College discusses unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS). Skydio drones, Parrott drones, DJI, Covid-19 drone education, the drone racing league simulator, and making drone parts with a 3D printer are explored.
