This web page, published by the CCSF-UCSF: A Collaborative Approach to Work-Based Learning project, highlights strategies for building inclusive labs in higher education. The web page focuses on frameworks and tools for developing professional relationships in labs. The following five stages of a working relationship are explored: identifying goals and values, positioning and connecting, establishing your working relationship, workplace navigation, and ending your professional relationship. Each stage includes information on mentee-trainee and mentor-manager relationships. Lists of benchmarks for each professional relationship, links to tools and resources, and directions for navigating the frameworks are provided.
