This 35-page resource, provided by Columbus State Community College, includes two presentations directed towards employers involved Columbus State's IT Flexible Apprenticeship (ITFA) program. The ITFA program is designed to provide a direct, accessible, and affordable pathway to the IT industry. ITFA students first connect with an employer and then take technical skills classes curated to their positions, allowing for the direct application of in-class skills once students begin their apprenticeships.

The first presentation was used to recruit employer partners, addressing topics such as ITFA outcomes, offered classes, the career preparation process, programs and certificates, and more. The second presentation was employed to collect feedback from current ITFA employer partners, covering aspects like demographics and outcomes of the ITFA 2021 cohort, assessment of successes and failures of the 2021 program, demographics 2022 cohort, additional partnership opportunities, and more.
