Collection Description:

This collection, published by Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC), contains promotional material related to NWTC's Advanced Technological Education Utilities and Energy Coordination Network (UECN) grant project. UECN aimed to create partnerships between educational institutions, businesses, and energy industry groups to expand training opportunities, curriculum, and programs for skilled energy industry technicians. Promotional material primarily comprises of newsletters.

Collection Contents:

The collection consists of 12 editions of the Building a Skilled Energy Workforce Together newsletter, spanning from April 2022 until March 2024, and a promotional flyer for a NWTC program preview session. Each newsletter features updates on the UECN grant, training and seminar opportunities, and information regarding NWTC classes, events, and more in areas such as solar energy technology and telecommunications.

The promotional flyer provides information on a program preview session held on March 1st, 2023, for the Electrical Power Distribution and the Gas Utility Construction & Service programs offered by NWCT.
