This video, presented by instructor Tony Hills from the Cybersecurity Education for Advanced Manufacturing Organizations project, is the fourth in a series of six that describe an industrial zoning lab. In this video, Hills demonstrates how to observe changes in the network traffic after modifying a set point on the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system. Hills shows how to adjust the pump activation threshold in the HMI from 50% to 10%, and then captures new data using the Kali system and Wireshark. The Modbus TCP protocol traffic is examined to observe how the register values change, including how register 2 reflects the modified set point. Hills prompts viewers to consider the potential impact of a hacker altering register values.

This video runs 5:51 minutes in length. Additional videos and the industrial zoning lab are available to view separately.
