This video, published by Columbia Gorge Community College, is the second part of a two part demonstration of an isolated electrically excited synchronous generator in the loaded condition. The demonstration will illustrate how varying the magnitude and reactive nature of an electrical load connected to a synchronous generator can influence generator's output. In this video, presenter Jim Pytel focuses on the prime mover slowing down and how it results in decreased frequency and voltage magnitude.

This video runs 8:39 minutes in length. The first part of the lecture is available to view separately.
