The Cybersecurity Workforce: Reimagined

In this video, from the National Cybersecurity Training and Education (NCyTE) Center, Lynn Dohm from WiCy (Women in CyberSecurity) provides an overview of WiCyS and its efforts to increase increase the recruitment and retention of women in the cybersecurity industry. Throughout the video Lynn discusses different aspects of WiCyS, such as its annual conference, WiCyS student chapters and their funding, and WiCyS' strategic partnerships. Highlight are several WiCyS programs, including the Veterans' Apprenticeship Program and the WiCyS Mentor/Mentoree Program.
