After an introduction to smart buildings, Abercrombie discusses the struggles and strategies for marketing smart building programs and deliberates groups that smart building programs should market to. Also covered in the presentation is the minimum skills for smart building technicians and the perceived lack of adequate training in smart building skills among industry.
