This workshop will focus on practical industry applications for Drones and Geospatial Technology.  Weather pending, participants will conduct field operations and data collection. Ongoing applied research projects will provide examples of how drones and geospatial technology are used.  Pix4D software will be utilized in the processing of digital imagery.

Who should attend: Secondary and post-secondary instructors teaching in STEM related disciplines looking at UAS and GIT program and courseware development.

Application Process: Registration is free for this workshop and meals are provided during the workshop hours.  Participants are responsible for all travel cost to the workshop, however eligible participants are able to received up to $800 reimbursement after attending. If you will be seeking reimbursement please send the following information to DroneTECH@northlandcollege.edu by May 1st, 2020 to verify eligibility.
