Program Evaluation and Educational Research Group (PEER), a service center, offers high quality evaluation and research services for educational programs, grants, and community based organizations. As part of one of America's leading metropolitan research universities, PEER is committed to the pursuit of excellence and intellectual growth and has many dedicated resources around the educational sector. PEER is located within the University of Central Florida's College of Education and Human Performance, which promotes excellence in education and research, supports lifelong learning, serves as a hub for partnerships, and reflects promising practices in teaching, learning, and leadership. Current involvement for PEER is about $20 million for supporting grant funded educational programs and educational research. Recent evaluation efforts include projects sponsored by the Florida Department of Education, U.S. Department of Education (ED), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Florida Virtual School, the Blue Foundation for a Healthy Florida, Helios Foundation, and others.
