The University of Pittsburgh’s Collaborative for Evaluation and Assessment Capacity (CEAC) provides evaluation and assessment services for educational organizations, social and human service agencies, foundations, and other programs involved with children and youth. CEAC currently serves as the evaluator for over 20 educational initiatives; including large federally sponsored projects, such as the PBS Kids series, Peg + Cat , Propel Charter Schools 21st Century Community Learning Centers Afterschool Program and SUSTAINS, a program designed by the University of Pittsburgh to develop highly qualified middle grades teachers with expertise in STEM disciplines.
