This 1-page resource is the sixth in a series of labs included in the sequencing the genome of Pseudomonas fluorescens L5.1-96 laboratory curriculum that is taught in Biology 211 and Biology 275+276 at Bellevue College. This lab includes the following sections: Objectives, Before Lab, In Lab, and After lab. Objectives include: to look at the DNA that was made and determine if there is enough to PCR and to determine the approximate size of our genomic insert into the plasmid.
